ABS (Anti-lock Bracking System)

Have you ever thought that what does the typical three letters behind a car means???......"ABS". Yes, it stands for "Anti-lock braking system". Which is only a simple technique adapted  in almost all new arrival vehicle to reduce the braking distances and all above to make the steering possible along with braking.

One of the major problem of conventional braking system is that, while the brake is applied the wheels get locked instantly according to brake pedal pressure and increases the risk of causality in slippery roads and non-linear paths due to tyre  screaming. The most common braking methods used in four wheeler are disk brake and drum brake or combination of both assisted with a hydraulic system. Heavy vehicles probably use pneumatic braking system which works with compressed air rather than a hydraulic fluid.

In ABS the brain or the most vital part is the electronic control module or mini computer which gives the instructions for each wheel to brake. The secret behind "ABS" is that only two wheels gets locked at a time while braking, the combination of these two wheels changes in fractions of seconds. Which makes the possibility of steering of any one of the front wheel always. So next time be careful while chasing a car having "ABS" with a car without "ABS" !!!. In short ABS helps to stop the vehicle comfortably without crashing on some obstructions ahead.

Stealth Technology

Have you ever heard about stealth technology !!!!!
It is a technology used to bluff RADAR or other type of detection methods such as sonar, infrared etc.
This technology is widely used in military to reduce causality rate during war and to keep privacy.
This technology is similar to camouflage tactics used by military during jungle warfare.
Stealth technology does not means that to make a vessel invisible but what it can do is to reduce the visibility.
There are many techniques being used by military to reduce visibility, such using drab colors on the vessel and using counter illumination(mechid of using the lights on the vessel of color matches the background of the vessel)

Dcgenator is a device which is used toprodceelectricity by the magnetic effect of electricity.It is realy an ac generator it is converted to dc only by the arrange ment of split ring commutator.It has four important parts they are armature coil,field magnets,graphite brush and split ring commutator .They are arranged in a pattern that armature coil rotates between two field magnets.When they are ratated the magnetic flux will cut and an emf will be induced.This emf is collected using arrangement called split ring commutator.though it genarates +ve and-ve charges alternatively they are collected as same charges by the arrangement of split ring commutator.It's intencity also varies according to the cutting of magnetic flux.at first half cycle R1 get +ve charge and it come in contact with B1 and in secondr1geta-ve charge it will come in contact withb2.Then current in same direction is formed.

Do you ever think about the formation about the electricity that we use.It is generated by rotating big turbines.According to the source we use to rotate turbines the generators are named.Hydroelectric,thermal power plants are examples.We also use wind and solar energy to genetate electricty in homes.The main way used to generate commercial electricity is using the force of water in reservoirs.By the flow of water the turbine is combined torotate and according to the magnetic effectic of electricity electricity is generated.Thus the electricity is generated which we use daily.We can conserve electricity for tomarrows.Electricity saved is electricity generated
